This 30-year-old female patient did not necessarily have excess skin to remove, but she was unhappy with the puffiness of her stomach and diet and exercise was not helping.  She underwent a tummy tuck to tighten her skin, as well as her abdominal muscles.  She was left with a flat, smooth stomach.
