This patient underwent a bilateral mastectomy with placement of tissue expanders. After completing her expansions, a secondary surgery was performed to place permanent implants. She has 495cc shaped silicone implants. She is 35-year-old female who was diagnosed with breast cancer after finding a lump on her breast following a self-exam.
