Details
This 55-year-old female was diagnosed with breast cancer at 31. Initially, she underwent a mastectomy without any reconstruction. Later, she decided to undergo reconstruction which involved multiple procedures. Her last reconstruction was prior to seeing me and was 12 years ago. It consisted of bilateral 700cc Mentor implants. She complained of discomfort, lack of cleavage and animation deformity. Her revision surgery with me consisted of replacing her implants to 520cc Cohesive gel Allergan implants with fat grafting to her cleavage.
