Details
This 56-year-old female was diagnosed with breast cancer. She underwent a bilateral nipple-sparing mastectomy. Her reconstruction consisted of multiple stages. The first stage was her mastectomy with placement of tissue expanders. The next surgery was placement of permanent implants and fat grafting for added cleavage. She then underwent another and final surgery to tweak minor rippling and animation with a second round of fat grafting.
