This 28-year-old female patient is 5’7″ and weighs 135 lbs.  The patient came to our practice when she was unhappy with her implants and wanted them removed.  She underwent an explant with full capsulectomy, along with a bilateral lift.  She also required a minor breast reduction on her left breast to achieve symmetry.
